Chỉ tình trạng ai mạnh, khôn hoặc có thế hơn thì giành được phần lợi cho mình, không có sự chia sẻ hay công bằng. Thường dùng để nói về cảnh tranh giành, mạnh được yếu thua trong xã hội.

It refers to a situation where the stronger, shrewder, or more powerful person gets the benefit, with little fairness or sharing. It is often used to describe ruthless competition in which the strong prevail over the weak.
